Collection information
Click and orders can pick up their ice cream at the orange tented click and collect point in the elephant shed, just park by the shed and proceed to the tent to retrieve your order.
Store opening information
Whilst the ice cream parlour isn't open just yet, a new drive through service is available. The Ice cream drive through will typically be open Friday to Sunday 1.00pm - 5.00 pm, selling cones. When you enter the car park, drive under the elephant arch and follow the track to the serving hatch in the Elephant shed. Please note we will only be taking card payments for now.
How to order
Click and collect orders can be placed on the Orange Elephant online shop, or visit the farm to pick up an ice cream using the drive through service.
