We are now selling food and drink including ready to eat meals via a not for profit platform, all delivered to your door.
Fresh butchery meat, milk, cheese, different flours,eggs...etc and a variety of fresh prepared meals cooked on the premises and selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
The site charges a 2% charge on top of our price - this is to run the site and any surplus will be donated to the NHS. Any products you want us to sell that are not on the site email us and we will do our best to stock it for you.
Delivery information
Our delivery round currently extends to Exwick, Foxhayes, St Thomas, Cowick, Alphington and Bonhay, St Davids and Cowley Bridge on the other side of the river - but please contact us to discuss other areas.
We will contact you with a delivery time estimate using the number you have provided for your MYPUBSHOP account. We will deliver to you as soon as practical after getting your order.(e-mail you as soon as possible).
Please leave a heavy duty "bag for life" outside your door. We will place your order in the bag and ring your bell, then wait a distance away to check you have collected your order. Simples!

Order online 24 hours a day.
Our butcher’s cut off time for next day delivery is 2 p.m. Monday to Friday so if you order butchery after this time it will be two days before we can deliver it. For example, order Tuesday 5 p.m. for delivery on Thursday and any orders made after 2 p.m. on Friday cannot be delivered until Tuesday.
We offer delivery 6 days a week Monday to Saturday, and many items are held in stock. Some fresh items, however, we have to order in, and will not be available until the next day. We will however be in touch once you place your order to confirm when it will be delivered.

Working in conjunction with our suppliers we have joined a not for profit online shop scheme. Called MYPUBSHOP.COM we will be able to deliver a selection of products direct to your door.

- Navigate to mypubshop.com and register as a customer; it's an easy process and no card details are required to view the shop
- Search for The Thatched House to find our individual shop
- Browse the shop and if there is anything you want just add it to your basket
- Checkout and pay for your order (please note: the site charges a 2% fee on top of our price, this fee is to maintain the service including a very secure payment service but guarantees that any surplus will be donated to the NHS covid 19 fund)
- Select a delivery day and leave the rest to us!
- We will contact you by email or SMS to confirm the delivery day and time
